"I always felt that stories and story-tellers are very important human life, because thats what helps us connect back to our soul , our basic human emotions amidst this chaotic life where no one cares about our emotions."

I always had this huge love for storytelling & entertaining people , which started while i did my first Fancy dress competition at UKG , from then i was a story teller . I always felt that stories and story tellers are very important humanlife , because thats what helps us connect back to our soul , our basic human emotions amidst this chaotic life where no one cares about our emotions .
After fancy dress , skit in classrooms , mime & mimicry at cultural fests , me along with my School friends hazim usman & Rithin farheen formed our filmmaking gang and named it Poombaata productions .
Poombaata productions did shortfilms & Documentaries ,some of them are “ Melodrama “ & “ Aaneki sambaavana hein “, Meanwhile After my bachelors , i did an acting course at Actlab studios under Sajeev nambiyath . After which i acted in Webseries & sketches of Karikku , a popular youtube channel in kerala . also worked as associate director for two of their series “ Samarthya shastram “ & “ Average ambili “ , I worked in advertisements which includes Early man film’s Jindal steel advertisement directed by ayyappa.
Mission
Since i have been to kochi , i have seen people roaming around with stories but yet failing to convert it into a project . thats many stories being untold , many storytellers been unheard . After working for some years associating with filmmakers , i found the storyteller in me craving to tell stories to my audience , thats when i started working on my projects and eventually pitching , I wanted to make a series but the industry for series is yet in formation stage , also i didn’t want to make it for OTT , as OTT audience is very limited ( also elite because average keralite can only afford any one ott among the several) . i wante d to do the series for India’s favourite ott YOUTUBE ,I tried Youtube channels & but no one is ready to take such a risk without Influencers being casted in it . After continuously meeting & following up producers i came to realise it may take years to materialise the project , But what if the storyteller in me after those many years didn’t want to tell the same story ? , so i decided to use my age , experience & energy to materialise the project and tell the story to my audience .
All i am asking you is for a chance ,, a chance for 180+ people working in this project to entertain you , A chance of hope for the Independent storytellers

Revenue Allocation Model
1. Initial Investment Repayment:
100% of all revenue will first be allocated to fully repay the total capital raised from investors.
2. Post-Repayment Revenue Sharing:
Once the initial investment amount is completely repaid, all future revenue will be distributed among crowdfunding investors in the below criteria of investment:
upto 1000 rs - 5% revenue share
1000 to 5000 rs - 10% revenue share
5000 to 10000 rs - 15% revenue share
10000 to 50000 rs - 20% revenue share
50000 to 75000 rs - 25% revenue share
75000 to 100000 rs - 30% revenue share
above 100000 rs - 40% revenue share
The remaining revenue will be retained by the company/project owner.
3. Individual Investor's Share:
Each investor’s share of the revenue pool will be proportional to their contribution to the total amount raised.
The formula for calculating an individual investor’s share is:
Investor’s Share=( Individual Investment/Total Capital Raised)×25% of revenue after repaying initial investment amount.
Example Calculation
Suppose:
Total Capital Raised: ₹30,00,000
Individual Investment: ₹50,000
Then, the investor’s share would be:
(₹50,000/₹30,00,000)×25%=0.42%)
Result:
The investor will receive approximately 0.42% of total revenue after repayment.
Key Points:
1. Priority: Investors first recover their principal investment before any profit sharing begins.
2. Proportionality: Bigger investors get proportionally bigger shares of post-repayment revenue.
3. Sustainability: Revenue-sharing continues as long as the project/company generates revenue
